Terminal
The orderbase PC Terminal serves as a terminal dialog for recording staff time or order-related feedback. As own Windows based program, it communicates directly with the ERP database, receives new current orders, or returns collected personal messages or order messages. If the communication is lost, important data are saved locally as a backup. The data input can also be done offline. After an offline phase, the terminal data is synchronized with the server database. The terminal can be controlled by mouse or touchscreen.
